Negli ultimi giorni ho riflettuto molto sul reale posizionamento e target che stavo dando al mio blog e mi sono resa conto di aver deviato troppo dal mio concetto base iniziale. My World Wide Fashion Blog vuole porsi come un blog in cui la parola "fashion" è intesa nel più completo dei sensi a partire dal life style fino ad arrivare alla moda. Questo è la mia mission e questo è quello che ho fatto nei primi mesi, purtroppo essendo rimasta molto più del solito a Milano ho cercato contenuti nel più banale dei modi. Certo è vero che le visualizzazioni sono aumentate sensibilmente da quando ho iniziato a pubblicare semplici outfit e ho smesso di dedicarmi a ciò che più mi piace: scrivere. Probabilmente sarò impopolare ma preferisco distinguermi. L'articolo uscito ieri su La Repubblica.it relativo ai fashion blogger, o meglio alla regina delle fashion blogger, mi ha fatto pensare una volta in più. È vero che il nome di questa fashion blogger non è mai stato dichiarato nell'articolo ma tutti sappiamo a chi si riferisce. Io penso che la ragazza in questione sia una professionista oltre che un'instancabile lavoratrice, credo che si sia inventata un bel lavoro e che lo faccia anche piuttosto bene e credo anche sarebbe meglio smettere di cercare di emularla perché non c'è spazio per chiunque abbia una collezione di borse di Chanel nei front row delle sfilate. Per il resto ogni polemica troverà il suo spazio in altra sede.
Insomma, questo non è esattamente un Fashion Blog, e mentre trovo estremamente divertente il meccanismo di Chicisimo (quindi continuerò ad usarlo come un fashion game) credo di non essere la persona adatta per ispirare i vostri look, credo di essere piu adatta a raccontarvi dove e cosa mangiare, dove viaggiare, consigliarvi sui posti da visitare e dove fare shopping in modo da aprirvi le porte di piccoli angoli di mondo che magari presto potrete visitare anche voi!
Ora che ho fatto chiaro il punto possiamo ricominciare, domani vi porto a Marrakech!
In the last few days I've been thinking a lot about the real target of My World Wide Fashion blog and I've realized that I've diverted from my initial project. My World Wide Fashion Blog wants to be a blog where the word "fashion" is seen in the most complete way that includes life style and fashion. This is my mission and this is what I've done in the first months of life of this blog. Unfortunately since I've been staying in Milan more than what I expected I've started to post simple outfits ed I've not done what I love the most: writing. Maybe I will be a little geek and unpopular, also because my blog has been visited a lot more while I was just posting outfits, but I prefer to go back to my way. Yesterday in Italy on La Repubblica.it (to understand better you can find a translation of this article at the end of this post) has been published an article dealing with the queen of all fashion bloggers, she is italian and you know who she is but since her name has never been quoted in the article I will do the same. I think that she is a professional, she has invented a job and does it really well, she is a tireless worker and above all I think it's better to stop emulate her because not every girl who has a big collection of Chanel bags will have a seat in the from row of fashion shows. Hope it's clear what I mean.
So, this is not exactly a fashion blog and even if I think that Chicisimo's mechanism is absolutely inspiring and funny (so I will continue using it as a fashion game), I am not the right person to be just a fashion blogger, I want to bring you with me around the world and give you advices about what to wear, what to eat and most of all about where to go because I'm a travel and life lover and I want to open the doors of the smallest corners of the world that I will visit and that maybe you will visit soon!
So, let's start again..tomorrow I will bring you to Marrakech!

Last week, the clothing brand Stefanel Milan has invited a group of bloggers from around the world to promote the new collection, an event entirely dedicated to them.
